MANUFACTURER’S 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

If your tool has a defect in material or workmanship within five years of purchase, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, with one of equal or greater value under our five-year limited warranty. If modifications have been made to the design, materials or appearance since you bought your tool, we may replace it with the newer model, as modified.

The limited warranty covers only the original owner and does not cover abuse, alteration, theft, loss, force majeure, negligence or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of your Barbarian. The limited warranty does not cover aesthetics, imprinting, finishes, cleaning or sharpening.  

Barbarian is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
